Amia Franz is from Vernon Hills, Illinois. She is an alternative Neo-Soul, R&B, Funk, Soft Rock, Blues Singer/Songstress. Writing her own songs, she also produces and co-produces her music and works with DLR producers and others. She is a signed artist with Diamond Life Records owned by the founder drummer of the band Sade. Her music flows. Even when it's upbeat it can be soothing. With a delicate, yet little raspy smooth side of her voice she enhances her story telling with a stronger, breathier delivery. She understands the technology of her songs and uses it to compose compelling music. Her songs revolve around thriving relationships, unrequited love or lost love.
